Beyond Density

Your bones have a story. Density is just the first chapter.

Traditional scans measure how much bone you have. Our FDA-cleared REMS assessment also measures how strong it is — giving you the full picture of your bone health, by ultrasound.

The Full Picture

Why go beyond density?

Bone density tells you how much bone you have. Bone quality tells you how strong it actually is. You deserve both answers.

Density

Traditional scans measure mineral content — how much bone you have. This is important, but it is only one dimension of bone health.

Quality

REMS technology also assesses microarchitecture — the internal structure that determines real bone strength. This is what traditional scans miss.

Your Plan

With the full picture in hand, you can take informed action — nutrition, exercise, lifestyle adjustments — tailored to your unique bone profile.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is REMS really an ultrasound reading?

That is correct. REMS (Radiofrequency Echographic Multi-Spectrometry) uses ultrasound technology — the same type used in prenatal imaging. That is what lets you repeat it as often as ongoing monitoring calls for.

How long does it take?

The entire visit — from check-in to results explanation — takes about 20 minutes. The scan itself is approximately 15 minutes. You will leave with a clear understanding of your bone health that same day.

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No referral is needed. You can book directly online. Our assessments are designed to empower you with knowledge about your bone health. We encourage you to share your results with your healthcare provider for personalized guidance.
