REMS (Radiofrequency Echographic Multi Spectrometry) is an FDA-cleared, ultrasound-based technology that measures both bone density and bone quality. Unlike traditional methods that use X-ray radiation, REMS uses sound waves — similar to a pregnancy ultrasound — making it completely radiation-free and safe for repeated use.

Traditional scans typically measure only bone density using X-ray radiation. REMS measures both bone density and bone microarchitecture (quality) using ultrasound — with zero radiation. This provides a more comprehensive picture of your bone health, including fragility scoring and 5-year fracture risk assessment.

Yes. REMS uses ultrasound technology — the same type used in pregnancy scans. It involves zero radiation exposure, making it safe for everyone, including those who prefer to avoid repeated radiation exposure. The technology is FDA-cleared and backed by peer-reviewed research.

A REMS scan typically takes about 20 minutes. You will receive your results and explanation the same day, so there is no waiting period for your report.

We offer three packages: Essential ($325) includes a REMS scan with same-day results. Complete Wellness ($475) adds 30+ biomarkers and a personalized wellness plan. Premium Annual ($1,599) includes two scans per year plus ongoing coaching and support. All packages are HSA/FSA eligible.

We do not currently accept insurance directly. However, all of our packages are HSA/FSA eligible, so you can use your pre-tax health savings to cover the cost. We are working toward insurance compatibility as the technology receives broader recognition.

Yes. All of our one-time packages (Essential, Complete Wellness, and Premium Annual) are HSA/FSA eligible. You can use your Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account to cover the full cost of your assessment.

You can book directly on our website by selecting your preferred location and package, choosing an available date and time, providing your contact details, and placing a security deposit. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details for your visit.

If you do not see available dates, you can join our waitlist. We will contact you as soon as the next scanning dates open up at your preferred location. Waitlist members receive priority notification.

We require a small security deposit when booking to confirm your appointment. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your package. The deposit amount varies by package and is fully credited at the time of your visit.

Yes. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment according to our cancellation policy. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy page for details on timelines and any applicable fees.

You will receive your results the same day as your scan. Our team will walk you through your bone density, bone quality, fragility score, and fracture risk assessment before you leave. A detailed expanded report is also mailed to you.
