Our Commitment

BioX Unlimited LLC, doing business as HALLĒ and operating Strength Lab Plus wellness studios ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), does not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or exchange your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

We also do not "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Your Rights Under California Law (CCPA/CPRA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to:

Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing

You have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information. Because we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, there is no sale or sharing activity to opt out of. Should our practices change in the future, we will update this page and provide a clear opt-out mechanism before any sale or sharing occurs.

Third-Party Service Providers

We share personal information with service providers solely for business operations purposes (not for sale or advertising):

These providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for their own purposes.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request for the sale or sharing of your personal information.

Your full name and email address associated with your account
The specific right you wish to exercise
Your state of residence

Verification

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will use the information you provide to match against our records. We will not collect additional personal information solely for verification purposes beyond what is necessary.

Response Time

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within ten (10) business days and provide a substantive response within forty-five (45) calendar days. If additional time is needed, we will notify you of the extension and the reason.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide proof of authorization (such as a signed power of attorney or written authorization from you). We may still require you to verify your identity directly.
