All bookings require a security deposit to confirm your appointment. The deposit amount varies by package and is communicated to you during the booking process. Your security deposit is applied toward the total cost of your selected package at the time of your visit.
We understand that plans change. The following cancellation terms apply:
You may reschedule your appointment at no additional charge if done at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to the cancellation terms above.

Once a bone health assessment has been performed and results have been delivered, the service is considered complete. Refunds are not available for services that have already been rendered.
The Premium Annual package is a one-time payment that covers services for a 12-month period. If you wish to discontinue services after your first assessment has been performed, the unused portion of the package is non-refundable. If you cancel before your first assessment, a full refund minus the security deposit may be issued at our discretion.
Promotional offers, credits, and discounts have no cash value and are non-transferable. They cannot be redeemed for cash or applied retroactively to prior purchases.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. The policy in effect at the time of your booking applies to your appointment.
