Function Bone Health (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a wellness and education center. We provide bone health assessments and educational information using REMS (Radiofrequency Echographic Multi Spectrometry) technology.
We are not a healthcare provider. Our services are educational and informational in nature. We do not provide medical advice, medical consultations, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment. No provider-client, physician-patient, or similar relationship is created through the use of our services.
All information, reports, scores, and assessments provided by Function Bone Health are intended for educational purposes only. You should always consult with a licensed healthcare professional regarding any health concerns, conditions, or before making any decisions related to your health or wellness.
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into binding agreements. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services and to keep your contact information current.
Our services include radiation-free bone health assessments using REMS technology, educational consultations, wellness reports, biomarker analysis, and related educational materials. The specific services included depend on the package selected at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
Bookings require a security deposit at the time of scheduling. The deposit is applied toward the total package cost and is processed through our third-party payment processor. Full payment of the remaining balance is due at or before the time of your visit.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of booking applies to your appointment.

All content, materials, reports, branding, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on this website or provided through our services are the property of Function Bone Health or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our materials without prior written consent.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our assessments, reports, or educational materials are error-free, complete, or current. Data, scores, and assessments may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for independently verifying any information provided.
We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, improvements, or specific results from using our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Function Bone Health, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Our aggregate liability for all claims related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Function Bone Health and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
