Joining the waitlist is free. Booking a time slot takes a $50 deposit, credited toward your scan. It is refunded in full if you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours ahead, and automatically if HALLĒ cancels the event. A no-show or a cancellation inside 48 hours forfeits it.

Joining the waitlist is free. When about 45 people in a city sign up, we set a REMS bone scan date there and invite everyone on the list.
Waitlist members receive priority notification and scheduling access.
If you paid the former $25 waitlist deposit, it is credited toward your scan, and we refund it in full on request.
