How It Works

Sign up for a REMS bone health assessment at an active location ($50 deposit) or join a waitlist for an upcoming location ($25 deposit).

After your deposit, you receive a unique referral link you can share with friends and family.

When your friend books ($50 deposit) or joins a waitlist ($25 deposit) using your link, you earn credit.

$50 for your first referral, $25 for each additional. Credits apply toward your scan cost at your appointment.

12 referrals = FREE scan ($325 value). You always pay just the $50 security deposit.
