When the Bozeman list reaches about 45 people, we set a scan date and invite everyone on it by email, and by text message only if you separately agreed to texts. Invitations go out to the whole list at once.
Booking a time slot takes a $50 deposit, credited toward your scan. It is refunded in full if you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours ahead, and automatically if HALLĒ cancels the event. A no-show or a cancellation inside 48 hours forfeits it.
